This convection oven is a staple in my daily cooking routine. My conventional oven doesn't heat to the right temperature, so I got this convection oven to use instead. I have yet to be disappointed. I've used it to bake pizza, frozen lasagna, baked pastas, desserts, and even to reheat leftovers. It has a bunch of settings, but I mainly use the 'bake' and 'toast' functions because they work great for what I need to do. The convection setting, which circulates the hot air, works great for getting food cooked faster and evenly. I've had this product for about a year, without any problems at all.

I've had this oven for over 2 years and have been meaning to write a review so here goes. This is a great unit! I bought it to replace an older toaster oven so having a digital timer, preheat light, etc. was a step up. But convection cooking is the big one--you can reduce temp and cooking time. This oven is big enough to handle many meals for a two person household. The rack can be moved up for toasting, which my husband finds helpful. All in all I've been thrilled with it.

This convection oven was the only one in the store that held a 13 x 9 " pan at a price under a big price so we bought it.
when we got home the machine worked fine and did it's cooking like it was supposed to however the gorgeous looking screen never turned on.
taking it back hopefully for an exchange. like the product just want a working one.
If the exchange works I will attempt to right a new review.

Let me start by saying that, to use a rain check from Vestal,NY store,we had to drive 45 minutes to Elmira,NY store. As soon as I turned on oven,I was unable to stop heating by pushing Start/Stop button. Also,after making several attempts,the whole oven shut down and could not be restarted. A lousy product with obviously no QC in B&D. This will be going back to your Vestal,NY store tomorrow--another customer trip that shouldn't have to be made. A big disappointment....

We purchased this Oven for use on the boat we live on. We tested the temperatures initially and found that the Oven is very accurate. The size is convenient for use of 9-inch diameter pans and one can roast a 4-lb chicken as well. We use this appliance at least three times a week and have never been disappointed in its performance.
Recommended without reservation.
